Delivery Policy
Coverage
We currently cover the city of Riyadh from three branches:
- Al-Suwaidi Al-Aam branch — Sultanah district
- Shubra branch — Sadir Street
- Dhahrat Al-Badiah branch — Al Madinah Al Munawwarah Road
The nearest branch to your address is selected automatically when you order, and coverage and the delivery charge appear in the basket before payment. If your address falls outside the covered area, the app tells you before the order is placed, not after.
Timing
- Orders confirmed before 20:00: picked and delivered the following morning.
- Orders after 20:00: go into the run on the day after that.
- Large or special orders: the operations team contacts you to agree a time.
The expected delivery time is shown on the order screen before payment and recorded on the order's invoice.
Delivery charge
Calculated from the distance to the branch and the address area, and shown in the basket before payment. A minimum order value may apply by area, and is shown before payment as well.
Receiving the order
- The order is handed over at the registered address, to the customer or to someone acting for them.
- Check the order on receipt. Anything to report is noted with the driver or reported within 12 hours under the returns and replacement policy.
- If you cannot be reached or nobody is at the address, the driver attempts to call twice; the order then returns to the branch and we contact you to reschedule.
Keeping the goods sound in transit
Goods are carried under the storage conditions each item requires, with refrigerated transport for those that need it.
Delay
If an order runs past the time announced, we tell you why and give a new time. You may cancel with a full refund if the new time no longer suits you.
